Announcing 2-WAY’s Indiegogo

On Monday, June 24, my co-producer Claudio Ruben and I announced the pre-launch of 2-WAY‘s Indiegogo campaign on KTRC‘s The Richard Eeds Show. You can listen to the segment here, with a surprise call-in from Santa Fean and congressional candidate Valerie Plame. And you can directly visit our Indiegogo here — which I hope you will.

People often ask me: “Why don’t they make movies they way they used to?” Well, the answer is complicated and multi-faceted — but if you’re looking for a film about the human heart, one that eschews guns, violence, spaceships and superheroes … then 2-WAY is your film. Now we really need your support.

This Week: Santa Fe Radio Tour

Having toured Las Cruces radio stations last week, I’m hitting the Santa Fe airwaves this week with my co-producer Claudio Ruben to discuss my feature film 2-WAY, and to fully unveil the pre-launch of our Indiegogo campaign (one of several revenue streams that will underwrite the 100% independent financing of this film).

First up, a live appearance on KTRC‘s The Richard Eeds Show, 3pm MDT this Monday, June 24 (1260AM and 103.7FM). And you can listen to the live-stream here (anywhere in the world, how about that?).

Back on the radio with MASTERING CELTX

I’ll be back on local radio in Northern New Mexico this weekend, discussing Mastering Celtx, along with a new annual event we’re launching at Santa Fe University of Art and Design.

The radio show is called NM Film Works, hosted by Trish Lopez of the New Mexico Film Office. Air times and stations:

  • Santa Fe and surroundings: Saturday, September 10 at 11am on 1260-AM
  • Albuquerque and surroundings: Sunday, September 11 at 12noon on 1350-AM.

Sadly, there is no live online streaming, but the show will be archived online early next week, and I’ll post the location for online playback then.
